Expedience Dual-Mode Access Point

The WAP 400 features dual mode capabilities utilising either the Expedience proprietary air link or the IEEE 802.16e-2005 standards based air link. For existing networks or greenfield applications, Expedience mode operation provides the operator the confidence they have come to expect with the proven Expedience air link protocol. Its dual mode capabilities provide the operator the flexibility of growing their customer base today while planning for a future transition to WiMAX.
