Motorola's XLP 7000 offers point-to-multipoint IP and power over a single pair of telephone grade wire. It is ideal for IP video surveillance, dynamic message signs and wireless backhaul. Use it for high-security train stations, airports and stadiums. XLP-7000 uses an intuitive web user interface providing instant monitoring and feedback on the status of the devices and the quality of the transmission line.

Features and Benefits

High performance, long range Ethernet
XLP-7000 products deliver IP connectivity and long range PoE to remote locations. Speeds up to 78Mbps, or rate adaptive at the maximum distance of 5,000ft (1.5km).

Extended Power over Ethernet (PoE)
XLP-7000 supplies up to 15.4 watts of PoE power (802.3af). Each XLP-701 client has one Ethernet PoE port and supports auto-discovery of 802.3af compliant powered devices.

Safe, managed power
GFI circuits and power cross detection prevent danger to the equipment or installers. Power states are reported in the CLI, SNMP, or an intuitive webUI for easy reference and response to trouble reports.
