Phase	Description
Project Planning	Working closely with you, Motorola holds design review confirming CDE changes and defines the scope of the project and delivery phases. An Acceptance Test Plan is developed to ensure comprehensive network testing of the solution to your satisfaction.
Staging	The hardware and software is staged and tested to ensure that it satisfies the requirements of the PCI Network Design Service outputs and is ready for integration to your network. Any design issues are resolved and fully documented. Once configured, the equipment is shipped to your site.
Installation and Deployment	Motorola installs the equipment and performs tasks to integrate the equipment into your network and configure security devices.
Acceptance Testing	Acceptance Testing on CDE network is completed, based on the approved Acceptance Test Plan. Proper operation of all hardware and software is validated and solution performance is optimized and documented.
Final Acceptance and Implementation Review	The results of the Acceptance Test Plan are discussed with you as part of the final review; complete As-built documentation is provided, including the Logical Network Diagram, Implementation Architecture Report, IP Address Plan and As-built Equipment List.
