QIP7216 Hybrid QAM/IP HDTV, DVR M-Card Host Set-top

The Motorola QIP7100 HDTV DVR supports separable security with a standard Motorola M-Card interface. It decodes and records digital standard- and high-definition MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 video formats transmitted via QAM or IP. Digital Video Recording function keeps list of recorded programs to watch at any time. It enables users to schedule two simultaneous recordings, even while watching a third recorded program! Embedded IP networking is supported using Multimedia Over Coax Alliance (MoCA)® technology. The resulting IP connectivity enables communication with other devices throughout the home and VoD over IP.
