Even with such attention to product excellence, there are occasions when hardware components may fail or not meet an expected standard of performance due to unusual or extreme conditions.  For this reason, Motorola offers a comprehensive extended warranty program with options for hardware repair and/or replacement programs that suites your organization’s needs.

12-Month Standard Warranty
When you purchase a PTP radio you automatically receive a one-year limited warranty on hardware components, plus minor software enhancements as they become available. This initial hardware warranty provides a 30-day repair-and-return program for damaged parts. At the time of equipment purchase or anytime prior to the expiration of your 12-month standard warranty, Motorola recommends that you purchase one of the following Extended Warranties to receive upgraded and/or extended equipment

  • Extended Warranty with All Risks equipment coverage and Advanced Replacement Program : Provides next business day shipment of replacement product from the UK after receipt of confirmed RMA. All Risks Advanced Replacement and covers any and all types of equipment damage, including lightning damage, dropped units, vandalism and fire.  Actual product replacement delivery time may vary based on ship to locations and customs. Applies to PTP 300 above Series radios.
  • Extended Warranty with Repair-and-Return:  This program extends your initial 12-month standard equipment warranty with 30-day repair-and-replacement terms through the second, third or fifth years of ownership.
