Motorola's Software Maintenance Program provides customers with extended and enhanced support beyond the standard 12-month warranty period. The program is designed to help optimize ongoing network performance with fast, knowledgeable technical assistance and up-to-the minute downloads of new software releases. This Software Maintenance Program is available for purchase for Motorola Fixed Point-to-Point wireless Ethernet bridges and Fixed Point-to-Multipoint systems. If your Motorola products were purchased within the last 12 months of a service request, they are still under their initial warranty. No Software Maintenance Contract is necessary.
