Packet Core
Motorola’s Packet Core solution complies with 3GPP release R5 and R6 standards and is a Common Platform supporting 2G and 3G access technologies. The solution includes SGSN, GGSN and Charging Gateway as well as Packet Core O&M. The platform delivers high capacity within a single point code with high PDP context. It also provides data processing and data management capability allowing new applications and features such as Push-To-Talk over Cellular (PoC) and IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS).
