PartnerEmpower Wireless Network Solutions Partner Application Overview
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Wireless Networks Solutions Track of the Motorola solutions PartnerEmpower Program. Read on to learn how the application process works and what information you’ll be asked to provide at various points in the process.
About the Application Process
Applying to the Wireless Network Solutions Track is a two-part process.
At the end of the application, you will be asked to accept or decline the PartnerEmpower Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is required for participation in PartnerEmpower.
Please note that you can save the information you have entered into the application and return to the application at a later time. Your information is saved for 30 days.
Once you submit your application, we will review the information you’ve provided. This evaluation process can take up to 2-3 days to complete. You will be notified by email once our evaluation is complete.
Part 2–Partner Profile and Program Addendums
If you are considered for acceptance into the program, you will need to complete a few final steps in the application process prior to being accepted and officially becoming a PartnerEmpower member
You will need to complete a Partner Profile, which enables us to showcase your company on Motorola.com as a PartnerEmpower member. You’ll also need to provide us with information on key contacts at your company, which helps your team take advantage of all PartnerEmpower has to offer.
You will need to accept addendums for the PartnerEmpower track that you will be participating in.

Primary business location (where you intend to conduct business with Motorola)
Target vertical markets for selling hardware or services
Target Business Relationship
Type of business relationship you wish to pursue with Motorola (i.e., resell Motorola products and services, influence hardware or resell and influence hardware)
Revenue Information
Revenue information in the last fiscal year for:
Percentage of sales to end-users
Percentage of sales through various sales methods including face-to-face field sales, online/print catalog, telesales, automated ecommerce orders
Percentage of sales and support by hardware, software, professional services and customer support services
Total sales and service revenue
Services Offered
What customer service and support do you offer your customers (i.e., help desk, customer support solution application, technical support, diagnostic services, computer-based call tracking, break-fix
Percentage of your total company revenue
If you sell Motorola products currently, what percentage of your total revenue is associated with the sale of returned or used products?
If you sell Motorola products currently, what percentage of your returned or used products do you refurbish?
Do you conduct any repair/break-fix services on Motorola hardware? If so, on which product lines?

Finding a Distributor
Following the successful completion of the application processes and acceptance into the PartnerEmpower Program, your company will be able to access Motorola products through one of our authorized Value-Added Distributors under terms and conditions to be agreed upon directly between your company and such distributors
Our distributors help to make your relationship with Motorola a success by providing fulfillment, pre- and post-sales technical support, financial support and demo equipment. They can also assist with identifying the right solutions, closing sales, troubleshooting customer issues and much more.
