Champion Training
Two days of intensive training that prepares the individuals in your organization responsible for controlling resources and conducting ongoing Six Sigma project reviews to be effective champions and to follow the DMAIC model.
Green Belt - GB
The Green Belt program is a five-day curriculum for developing Six Sigma practitioners skills using appropriate quality tools. We offer various training and/or GB certifications:
