Benefits of a Motorola Enterprise Mobility Services agreement

Software downloads are available to Motorola customers as part of their Enterprise Mobility Services agreement.  Enterprise Mobility Services agreements provide technical telephone support, rights to download entitled software releases, including patches and updates, and supporting documentation.

Motorola provides telephone and e-mail support to help you resolve software operational problems - and there is no limit on the number of support requests that you can initiate.

2. Problem isolation, analysis and resolution
A Motorola technical support engineer will work with you to first isolate your problem and then provide corrective action to help you through problem resolution.

3. Software releases
Motorola provides access and rights to entitled software releases, including patches and updates.

4. Electronic support information
You will also have access to Motorola online support for software documentation, specifications, technical literature, and more.
