Overview
Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific (and usually) one-time effort. Some examples would be implementing a wireless network, enhancing a wireless network or rolling out network devices.
Motorola’s project management has the ability to develop and deliver a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, a work breakdown structure (WBS), a responsibility matrix which will specify tasks and ownership, identify what resources will be required, as well as associated budgets and timelines for completion.
