Details

  • Performs radio system support services (Infrastructure repair, system support activity, preventative maintenance, service calls and more)
  • Interfaces with different user groups and conducts regular meetings to review system and service support performance
  • Assists with database mgt. (system type, data, Moscad, console, etc.)
  • Provides system infrastructure performance reporting (device downtime, root cause and fault, airtime usage, etc.)
  • Evaluates and plans future expansion and technology migration
  • Oversees the implementation of all system upgrades performed by Motorola to insure total continuity and minimal system impact
  • Responsible for managing all system Maintenance efforts
  • Coordinates and follows-up on all repairs
  • Coordinates additional technical support (Motorola, 3rd Party Vendor, etc.)
  • Identifies and coordinates user operation training
