Motorola's Field Service Representatives (FSRs) will do what it takes to restore your RFID system to the baselines established at the start of your service contract. When the FSR leaves, read rates and performance levels are restored, and your RFID system is ready to return to operation.

Just one call sets the support wheels in motion — day or night. Your call is answered promptly by a support specialist with RFID system expertise. If diagnosis and resolution are not achieved on that call, your issue is immediately escalated to the next support tier, with a callback within the hour. If an on-site service call is required, a Motorola FSR will arrive at your location within four hours1  to assess the issue and repair, adjust or replace readers, antennas and/or antenna cables, ensuring minimal downtime for this critical business system.

Premium RFID On Site System Support is available for the following Motorola RFID system components:

XR400 and XR440 (including up to 4 antennas) and XR480 readers (including up to 8 antennas, antenna cables and power supply)

DC600 portal, including the integrated XR400 reader, power supply, I/O box and up to 4 antennas and antenna cables.

Geographic Availability
Service from the Start Premium RFID On Site Support is currently available wherever Motorola RFID systems are sold. Service availability can vary worldwide by country; in some locations Motorola may require up to 90 days to properly equip its on-site resources prior to the initial visit.

Service from the Start Premium RFID On Site System Support is a multi-year service program that must be purchased within 30 days of the product purchase. Premium RFID On Site System Support is also available with annual contract terms.
