PARTNEREMPOWER FOR MOBILE SOLUTIONS PARNTERS

PartnerEmpower is structured to enable partnership with a wide array of channel partners in bringing innovative, market-leading solutions to our mutual customers. This program’s foundation is based on two key components: Community and Technology Segment as outlined below.

COMMUNITY

Channel partners are assigned to a community based on their business model and how they serve their customers. PartnerEmpower’s structure provides channel partners with flexibility in their relationship with Motorola Solutions in that:

Channel partners join PartnerEmpower as a member of a single community and can add communities if their business model evolves.

In EMEA there are currently two PartnerEmpower communities: Value Added Reseller Partner and Application Partner.

TECHNOLOGY SEGMENT

To recognize the unique expertise and meet the needs of channel partners focused on different kinds of products, Motorola Solutions grants participation in PartnerEmpower by Technology Segment.

Channel partners begin their membership in PartnerEmpower with either one or several Technology Segments, and can add others as their business focus evolves.

There are three Technology Segments for Mobile Solutions partners: Mobile Computing, Advanced Data Capture and RFID.


PROGRAM LEVELS (FROM 2013)

There are four program levels under PartnerEmpower: Authorised, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Incremental investment in Motorola Solutions through your Commitment to Specialization, revenue Contribution and Customer Satisfaction are rewarded with incremental benefits as you move from one level to the next.

Your company’s Program Level will reflect the total achievements as a PartnerEmpower member and a total value to customers—whether you participate in one community and technology or several.

Motorola Solutions recognizes channel partners for building their expertise and meeting the criteria of the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels with additional benefits.

To access additional Silver, Gold and Platinum benefits, your company must demonstrate:

COMMITMENT: Exhibiting competency by achieving PartnerEmpower specializations

CONTRIBUTION: Attaining annual targets for Motorola Solutions revenue generation (or influence)

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Surveying customers on customer satisfaction
