BECOME A PARTNER
PARTNEREMPOWER APPLICATION PROCESS OVERVIEW

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Motorola Solutions PartnerEmpower Program. Please read on to learn how the application process works and what information you’ll be asked to provide at various points in the process.

Please note: If your company would like to request participation in both the Value-Added Reseller community and Application Partner community this can only be done in two successive steps.

Initially, you must choose to be either a Reseller or an Application partner and you should make the choice based on your primary business model. A subsequent application can be made to add a community to the profile 2 weeks after joining the program.

APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1: ONLINE APPLICATION

To request participation in PartnerEmpower, complete our online application. Please note you will be asked to provide detailed information on your company and its offerings as well as contact information for key company contacts

Joining Motorola PartnerEmpower

• You can save the information you have entered in the application and return to the application at a later time. Your information is saved for 30 days.
• The application process can take up to 5 business days to complete, subject to your availability to discuss your application and acceptance of the PartnerEmpower legal agreements.

STEP 2: RECEIVE A CALL
Our Partner Interaction Centre team will attempt to contact you (a maximum of 3 attempts will be made) to discuss your application in more detail. (This does not apply to Application Partners).

STEP 3: CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE
If your application is conditionally approved by Motorola Solutions, an email is sent to the applicant & Authorized Signatory (if applicable) indicating the community and technologies for which approval has been given. This email will contain instructions and a URL link for applicant to accept Motorola Solutions legal agreements. All legal agreements must be accepted within 30 days. If not accepted within this timeframe the conditional approval will expire and you will be required to re-apply.

• Accept the PartnerEmpower Terms and Conditions and Technology Addenda for which approval has been given.

APPLICATION PROCESS COMPLETE
Upon receipt of accepted PartnerEmpower Terms & Conditions and Addendum(s) the application process is complete. You will receive an email confirmation of your status in the PartnerEmpower program, along with your membership ID which should be used in all your engagements with Motorola Solutions and our Authorized Distributors.

FINDING A DISTRIBUTOR
Following the successful completion of the application processes and acceptance into the PartnerEmpower Program, your company will be able to access Motorola Solutions products through one of our authorized Value-Added Distributors under terms and conditions to be agreed upon directly between your company and such distributors.
