Motorola Solutions has replaced its existing TechTrain system with the new Motorola Learning Management System (LMS), a web-based portal that enables you to increase your knowledge of Motorola Solutions' offerings through a wide array of online and instructor-led training classes.

Encompassing training for the entire Motorola Solutions' portfolio - radio solutions, wireless network solutions and mobile solutions - LMS reflects Motorola Solutions' initiative to unify the training experience.

ACCESSING THE NEW LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

You can now access the LMS to register for courses, manage your learning activities, and attend online courses at http://learning.motorolasolutions.com. You can log into LMS using your existing credentials to the TechTrain system.

ENHANCING THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

The new LMS will make it easier than ever for you to increase your knowledge of Motorola Solutions' technology. The system features an enhanced user interface available in 28 languages, as well as improved functionality, such as:

• Collaboration center enabling students to share ideas and knowledge

• Advanced transcript search functionality

• Transcript export formats including PDF

• Extensive, intuitive online help

• Customizable home page

• Ability to add training events to an Outlook calendar
