Motorola is one of the world's leading providers of wireless communications, semiconductors and advanced electronic systems, components and services. Major equipment businesses include cellular telephone, two-way radio, paging and data communications, personal communications, automotive, defense and space electronics and computers. Motorola semi- conductors power communication devices, computers and millions of other products.

This report is in a summary format. It is a new format for Motorola and is intended to present 1995 results in a simple, readable style. The more detailed operational and financial material included in previous annual reports is now part of the Proxy Statement, which was distributed to stockholders along with this report.
