ONU120 RFoG Optical Network Unit

As a key component of Motorola’s RFoG solution, the ONU120 RFoG Optical Network Unit transparently delivers bi-directional interactive RF services over a reliable passive optical network (PON).

The ONU120 operates in parallel with industry standard PON solutions, supporting the seamless delivery of existing voice, video and broadband services, and serves as the optical distribution layer for RF video, DAVIC, and DOCSIS™ technologies. The ONU120 provides bi-directional services over extended RF frequencies up to 1.1 GHz. Maximizing investment protection, the ONU120 is transparent to head end and customer premises equipment, and compatible with today’s operational and billing systems.
