Please, help yourselves! The Motorola Support Forums

November 10, 2011 : BY Motorola

Friends, meet Mark and Matt. Mark and Matt manage the 100,000 members in nearly 200 communities that make up our Motorola Owners’ Forum.

How is this possible, you may ask? Motorolans are smart and all, but two guys managing 200 communities?

It’s all possible because of you. Yes, Matt and Mark, as incredible as they are, are there to support your communities. You, the owners and fans, do the heavy lifting.

Motorola Support Forums are peer-to-peer forums. There’s a community for each product, where experts and newbies share information, troubleshoot issues. Some issues are crowd-sourced, with owners partnering to find answers. Others are solved by volunteer moderators providing expert support. And in cases where there is no solution, the Motorola team is watching and gathering information.

And it’s not all just about issues. The online communities are a top source of information about what you like, don’t like and what we need to work on. The rumor-mill runs 24 hours a day and is always good entertainment.

Through the Motorola Owners’ Forums, you can also sign up for the Motorola Feedback Network. Those are the owners we turn to for feedback and help with all types of projects, from evaluating applications to testing software.

Go ahead. Sign up for the forums. And don’t forget to say hi to Matt and Mark.

Is there a list somewhere of all Motorola Android phones that are AT&T or are capable of being used on AT&T USA network if unlocked or flashed? I wanted to get a Droid 3, but I can’t find a definite answer if and which one will work. Thanks.

The Droid 3 is a CDMA phone, it is not compatible with the AT&T network. We recommend an AT&T branded phone for optimal experience with the AT&T Network. If you have more questions, please visit our Motorola Support Forums at https://supportforums.motorola.com/index.jspa

We have been working diligently on a software update for DROID BIONIC and have a version in the testing stage; we expect to deliver it to users in 30 to 60 days. The update is targeting issues identified through owner feedback and we’re confident it will improve device performance
