    Looks like a great phone. Really. I had the misfortune of listening to a Verizon rep and getting a Motorola Bionic instead. I was told that it was updatable. That was a very long time ago. Is every other phone going to be rocking jelly bean’s successor by the time I get my ice cream sandwich update (assuming that ever happens)? Do you think that this treatment is fair to your customers? I assume that after the Google purge and you fired the 4000 employees, all hands were taken off myupdate so that you could break out the sparkling new razr fleet. But we are left to squirm in the breeze, like yesterday’s stale laundry. Makes me want to never buy a Motorola phone again. And I seriously doubt that I am alone…
