We’ve all had that embarrassing moment when our phone rings and interrupts the professor during class, a speaker during a presentation, or while we’re on a first date. The face flushes, everyone stares, and just blatantly thinks you’re rude… this doesn’t have to happen.

With Motorola’s SMARTACTIONS you can take full advantage of your smartphone.  Set your SMARTACTION to turn the ringer off at times when you know you’ll be busy and from then on Smart Actions will remember it and do it for you. Check out more great things you can do with Motorola SMARTACTIONS.

Features, Software & Apps

Whether it’s your alma mater, the park where you got engaged or your favorite BBQ joint in Memphis, you have stories to share behind the places you’ve been. And the new StoryPlace.me app from Motorola makes it easy to share those stories with your family and friends, as video messages.

Here’s how it works:

  • Create: Use the app to create videos about locations around the world that are meaningful to you.
  • Set permissions: Decide which of your family and friends who also use StoryPlace.me can watch your videos.
  • Tell your story: When family and friends come near the location of a video you’ve shared, they’ll get a notification on their Android phone and can watch your story.

StoryPlace.me is also a great way to learn more about the city where you live, or one you’re visiting for work or play. We’ve partnered with local tourism boards all over the United States and created public video collections — that is, groups of videos that are linked to particular points on a map. Follow a public collection, and when you approach a point of interest, you’ll get a notification on your phone to view the video story attached to that location.
