The Motorola Code of Business Conduct sets the standards for Motorola's commitment to uncompromising integrity. Since its original establishment in the 1970s, the Code has provided Motorola employees guidance for their business activities, placing a priority on establishing trust with our stakeholders. As part of its commitment to Uncompromising Integrity and Constant Respect for People, Motorola has established the EthicsLine for its employees, business partners and others to report any questions or concerns they may have about compliance with the Motorola Code of Business Conduct, or the laws, regulations or contract provisions that govern Motorola's business.
