What To Do Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your Motorola product for any reason, you can return it, no questions asked. To get a full refund, send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of purchase. Check the warranty if you purchased your item more than 30 days ago to see what's covered.

What To Do Return Policy

FIND THE CHECKLIST

Find the checklist on the packing slip and check your reason(s) for returning the item. Please enclose the packing slip along with the item you're returning.

PLEASE NOTE: CDs or software should be in their original, unopened packages with the seals unbroken.

SEND YOUR ITEMS

Once you have everything ready, please call the call center and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

NOTE: You can get Contact Center details by clicking here.

Please write your RA on the shipping box and enclose all paperwork then ship the unit to the address given USING A TRACKABLE SHIPMENT METHOD.

NOTE: Shipping costs are unfortunately not covered by Motorola.

  • Be sure to check the documentation to see if there are any policies specific to your product.
  • Just a reminder: Please make sure you are sending us ONLY products made by Motorola.
  • This returns policy is only applicable to products purchased from Motorola directly.
  • You should expect to receive your credit within 10-14 business days after receiving your item back.
