Programs Offered

Business Development Institute ( BDI )
The focus of this program is on business acumen. The Business Development Institute (BDI) is an accelerated program that provides directors with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to lead the organization to improved profits.
  • A powerful performance-based experience, the institute enhances participants' ability to make sound financial decisions while focusing on critical business issues.


  • The BDI is flexible and can be tailored in length and contents to address the specific needs of the participants and their sectors/regions.


  • The core BDI institute is composed of Phase I: Self-Directed Learning and the two-day Phase II: Business Management, Leadership, and Action Planning. Additional days may be added by choosing from a variety of Plug-n-Play components.
Corporate Accelerated Management Program - Advanced (CAMP-A)
This program focuses on self-awareness and preparing for the future. It is specially designed for senior managers to prepare them with key knowledge and skills required to undertake senior management roles in accordance with the global leadership models.
  • Participants selected for this training undertake 360 degree leadership assessment so as to gather feedback from supervisors, peers and subordinates.


  • This evolving process includes a period of one-on-one coaching process to assist key leaders to improve certain leadership behaviors identified in their Individual Development Plan.


  • To better prepare for future roles, participants learn to manage uncertainty through scenario thinking and planning, cross-functional collaboration and alignment, as well as experiencing to manage big business through simulation, while being exposed to real business issues.
  • The program is also complemented by a series of leadership specials that discuss emerging issues that affect company strategic development in different fields.
Corporate Accelerated Management Program - Essentials (CAMP-E)
The program focuses on building high performance teams. It enhances the management skills of middle and senior level managers to build better teams in solving actual business issues in the Corporation.
  • This program has a variety of activities such as instructor-led courses, action learning projects, case studies and role-plays, outdoor experiential learning, benchmarking site-visits, teaching projects, leadership trend seminars and forums etc.


  • These interventions enhance effective learning transfer and improve participants' competencies in team communication, collaboration and experience sharing.
Leadership Effectiveness Accelerated Development (LEAD)
The program focus is on individual foundation skills. It enhances management skills of first level managers to prepare them for higher managerial positions.
  • This program focuses on critical skills and knowledge that are necessary for participants to play four key roles as middle level managers and senior managers. The four roles include: Business Planner, Process Manager, People Developer, and Relationship Builder.


  • To achieve more effective learning results, the program utilizes unique features by integrating a variety of training interventions like instructor-led courses, web-based learning, process simulations, experiential learning, benchmarking site visit, teaching projects, leadership trend seminars and forums.
