You should direct any inquiries regarding Motorola/GI Cable TV Navigation Devices back to your cable service provider for assistance. If in assisting you, the service provider determines that they cannot resolve the issue, they may contact us on your behalf. Our support staff will provide them with all appropriate support.

Programming Your Remote Control
If you cannot find a listing for your Motorola set-top box in your remote control guide to, please try using codes listed for General Instrument.

IPTV
If you are a subscriber to an IPTV service using a Motorola IP set-top and need assistance, please contact your local IPTV service provider. They will provide support and answer questions on the set-top as well as on the IPTV service.
