Telematics Update unveils finalists for the Telematics Awards 2004
Winners to be announced on 25 May 2004 at Telematics Detroit 2004
LONDON -- 24 March 2004 -- Today Telematics Update announced the thirty finalists for the Telematics Awards 2004 to be held during the Telematics Detroit Conference and Exhibition on 25-26 May.
After an overwhelming response in nominations for the second international Telematics Awards, the independent panel of judges had the difficult task of narrowing down each category to five finalists.
"The Telematics Update Awards program has really gained in popularity as
reflected in the vast number of nominees for this year's award program,"
said Phil Magney, chairman of the Awards Judging Panel and Principal
Analyst of Telematics Research Group. "Hundreds of nominees have been
submitted this year ranging from small start-ups to large multinational
brands. These companies represent the future of telematics with some
very compelling solutions."
The winner of each category will be announced during the Telematics Update Awards Gala Dinner on May 25 at the Cobo Center, Detroit.
