Enclosing prepaid return envelopes in packaging boxes
Providing prepaid postage labels on our web site — available in Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Encouraging recycling through charity take-back programs
Holding electronics collection events at our facilities for employees and local communities
Offering incentives periodically
Participating with governments and other companies in take-back events and promotions
Locating highly visible collection containers in our service centers
We accept any mobile phone or accessory — not just Motorola products.
Presently, countries where Motorola runs or participates in takeback schemes represent more than 90 percent of our global mobile phone unit sales — and we expect that number to continue to grow. Set-tops, modems, routers and cordless phones
In the United States, you can print a return-mail label to return your Motorola-branded modems, routers and cordless phones to us at no charge. Please contact your local service provider to return Motorola cable set-tops through the program we have established with them.
Network equipment We operate network equipment take-back programs in European Union countries covered by the WEEE directive. In other countries, we work with our customers to take back network equipment as requested. Please contact your sales representative for more information.
