Annual Motorola Holiday
This is an additional “employee recognition” day’s leave provided to all Motorola Australia and New Zealand employees.

Discount Stock Purchase Plan - MOTshare
MOTshare, Motorola’s discounted stock purchase plan for employees, presents you with an opportunity to acquire stock ownership in Motorola. You share in Motorola’s growth and success not only as an employee, but also as a shareholder.
As a participant in MOTshare you may purchase shares of Motorola, Inc. common stock at a 15% discount through payroll deductions. In addition, you will save on brokerage fees and other costs related to owning shares of Motorola stock.

Life Insurance
Motorola Australia through the Mercer Superannuation Trust provides those employees who are members of the Motorola sub plan of the Mercer Superannuation Trust (MST) with Life Insurance.

Personal Accident Insurance
As a Motorola employee who works at least 20 hours per week you are covered under comprehensive personal accident insurance - up to three times salary payable dependent upon severity of accident e.g. permanently disabled.

Disability Insurance
This covers all permanent employees (who work at least 20 hours per week) for Illness or injury which occurs on or off the job in or out of Australia.

Business Travel Insurance
Motorola employees who work at least 20 hours per week are covered by business travel insurance during business trips outside their country of residence.

Expatriate and Inpatriate Health Insurance
This covers all permanent Motorola employees who are on assignment for a continuous period in excess of 90 days.

Novated Car Lease
All Motorola employees have the option to enter into a novated vehicle lease arrangement. This option allows employees to pay for this benefit as a pre or post-tax deduction from their salary income in regular monthly payments.

Associate Car Lease
This is essentially the same as a novated car lease. The “associate” is an immediate family member of the employee who owns the vehicle. This allows employees to salary package a vehicle that is owned by an associate of the employee.

Salary Packaging Laptops and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) 
Motorola employees can salary sacrifice laptop computers and PDAs.

Employee Purchase Scheme
The Ambassador Program is a Motorola initiative that enables Motorola employees in Australia to purchase up to four Motorola phones or radios per Australian FBT year. The program offers savings on a range of mobiles and salary deductions are made from pre tax income.

Relocation
In some instances, relocation packages may be available subject to an individual’s current situation.

Training
Motorola encourages lifelong learning for its employees and has a number of financial support programs in place for job-related training. We leave it up to you and your manager to set your goals and do whatever is appropriate for you and your department's growth.
