Embedded Systems and Physical Sciences Research Center (ESPS) focuses on the Material Sciences, including advanced non-volatile semiconductor memory (MRAM), materials and devices, molecular self-assembly, nanoelectronics, quantum structures, molecular electronics and advanced semiconductor and materials processing.
ESPS has an Advanced Processing area, a Class 10 state-of-the-art Semiconductor and Advanced Materials Processing facility with flexible capability for processing up to 8-inch wafers on substrates ranging from Silicon and GaAs to glass, ceramics, plastics and metals. The Center has locatations in Arizona, Illinois, New Mexico, and France.
