Below are the Motorola US Federal Government Markets Division (USFGMD) standard terms and conditions for open market purchase orders. These standard terms are for US Federal Government agency and government prime and subcontractor (at any tier) procurements that are not against a pre-existing contract or Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA).
