Motorola Co-Chief Executive Officers Greg Brown and Sanjay Jha to Host Conference Call with Financial Analysts

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – August 4, 2008 – Motorola (NYSE: MOT) will host a conference call with financial analysts at 11:00 a.m. Central Time (USA) following the announcement that Sanjay Jha has been named Co-Chief Executive Officer of Motorola and Chief Executive Officer of Motorola’s Mobile Devices Business and Greg Brown, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Motorola, has been named Chief Executive Officer of Motorola’s Broadband Mobility Solutions business.
