and AC-Link Si3054.

CEATEC - Computer and Electronics Exposition, Japan
The Motorola Software Group demonstrated Motorola's commitment to soft
modem and SoftDSL(TM) with support at CEATEC, Japan's largest
electronics and computer exposition held at the Makuhari Messe, in
early October. On display was Motorola Software Group's entire product family of software
modems and our upcoming advanced SoftDSL technology. Motorola Software Group received
strong interest from Japanese customers for these low-cost, highly software
upgradeable solutions.
