Workforce
In 2008, the percentage of females in senior management globally remained at 15 percent, the percentage of U.S. senior managers (director and vice president level and above) who are people of color remained at 17 percent and the percentage of senior management outside the U.S. increased from 19 percent to 21 percent.
Marketplace
In 2008, Motorola Foundation grants to U.S. programs benefiting people of color decreased by 31 percent. Supplier diversity spend also decreased.
