Motorola is committed to conducting business globally in a manner consistent with our corporate responsibility business principles and our Code of Business Conduct.

In our facilities and operations, Motorola aims to minimize environmental impact. Our Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management system sets targets and drives continuous improvement in safety, pollution prevention and resource conservation throughout the design, manufacturing and distribution of our products.

To achieve this, we:

• Meet or exceed all applicable environmental, health and safety legal and other requirements to which we subscribe in the countries where we do business
• Work with our employees to maintain a healthy and safe workplace
• Proactively reduce occupational injury and illness risks, and promote employee health and well-being
• Establish sound EHS objectives and targets
• Provide transparent EHS reports to stakeholders
• Endeavor to design and manufacture our products for sustainable use of the earth's resources and to minimize our carbon footprint
• Require suppliers to operate consistently with our Supplier Code of Conduct and all applicable EHS policies
• Continuously evaluate EHS performance
• Report progress and key issues to senior leaders and relevant stakeholders
