Kim Morgan is an investment manager with Motorola Ventures, based in Schaumburg, Illinois. In this role, Kim identifies, executes and manages strategic minority private equity investments on behalf of Motorola.

Prior to her current role with Motorola Ventures, Kim spent two years with Motorola in the Business Leadership Development Program, a company-wide initiative for developing leaders within the company. Kim has worked in various business functions, including strategy, supply chain and marketing throughout the various Motorola business units.

Kim's background prior to joining Motorola includes nearly a decade with the U.S. Navy as a combat helicopter pilot, mission commander, maintenance pilot and flight instructor. During that time, she held several operational and program management positions both stateside and during her two overseas deployments.

Kim has an MBA from the University of West Florida and a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
