Motorola Fellows are an elite group whose role is critical to the technological development of Motorola. This distinguished group has two levels of achievement, Motorola Fellow and Motorola Senior Fellow.

Fellows lead on the inside and the outside in significant industry-changing technology advancements and help position Motorola as a world class innovation company. A Motorola Senior Fellow has a sustained record of significant innovations and represents the highest level of technical responsibility and achievement. A Senior Fellow is a proven agent of change and has demonstrated world-class industry leadership and significant mentorship of key technologists.
