In this example, thermal modeling is used to predict temperature distribution across a printed circuit board, containing 4 copper layers of 70mm thickness each, with an SO8 FET loaded with various power levels. 

The results show the temperature distribution across the die (78�C), leads (71�C), and printed circuit board (62�C).
