Neal Patel

Neal Patel develops programs for research innovation combining computational social science with strategic business application. Previously, Neal worked for Google's People Operations team, where he authored influential research such as Project Oxygen (featured in The New York Times, HBR, and HR Executive Magazine), and led data-oriented decision-making efforts within Product, YouTube, GoogleTV, and Global Sales. Prior to Google he worked for various think tanks including the National Opinion Research Center (NORC) and the Metro-Chicago Information Center (MCIC). He is concurrently finishing a PhD in Sociology from University of Chicago.
