Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act 2022 (the "PSTI Act") (Part 1)
PSTI Regulations 2023
The UK PSTI product security (Cyber) requirements, under the PSTI Regulations 2023, was enacted (Made) on the 14th Sept 2023 and is mandatory from the 29th April 2024. All Motorola products covered under the UK PSTI Act and placed on the UK market or 'made available' from this date comply with the new Regulations. Products placed on the UK market prior to the 29th April 2024 are out of scope of the SoC requirements, and may continue to be distributed and sold.
