Promotion Period

The promotion (“Promotion Period”) will begin on October 8, 2025 at 3 PM CEST and end on November 4, 2025 at 23:59 CEST.

Eligibility

Open to all (i) legal residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland, and (ii) 18 years of age or older, or who have otherwise reached the age of majority in their country of residence. This Promotion is void wherever restricted by law.

How to Participate

To participate in the Promotion, you must register on the website www.motorola.com/unlock-the-future. Participants must follow all instructions provided on the Website. Limit: one registration per person. Automated or fraudulent participation methods are not permitted and will result in disqualification.

Important Condition

Redemption of the Pre-Launch Offer Voucher is only available in connection with the purchase of the new Motorola device launched on November 5, 2025. The voucher cannot be applied to any other product purchase.

Pre-Launch Offer Voucher

During the Promotion Period, all validly registered participants will be eligible to receive a pre-launch offer voucher code (the “Pre-Launch Offer Voucher”), subject to availability and while stocks last.

The Pre-Launch Offer Voucher consists of four (4) different price advantages of the pre-launch offer, which will be revealed week by week throughout the Promotion Period. Together, these advantages represent the full pre-launch offer voucher value of £600. Participants who complete each week’s quiz will unveil the corresponding part of the Pre-Launch Offer Voucher.

Important Condition: The Pre-Launch Offer Voucher is valid exclusively as part of the promotion for the launch of the new Motorola phone, which goes on sale on November 5, 2025. The voucher can only be redeemed when purchasing this new device and is not valid for the purchase of any other products or accessories.

The Pre-Launch Offer Voucher is redeemable only on purchases made via the official eCommerce website www.motorola.com in the participating countries. Redemption will be available from November 5 to November 18, 2025, or until stock lasts.

Note: One component of the Pre-Launch Offer Voucher is a trade-in bonus. To redeem this specific part of the pre-launch offer, participants must follow the dedicated trade-in redemption process as will be instructed on motorola.com. This trade-in bonus will not be automatically applied at purchase.

Pre-Launch Offer Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. If any part of the pre-launch offer benefits included in the Pre-Launch Offer Voucher are not available in stock, Motorola reserves the right to substitute them with others of similar value. Sponsor further reserves the right to substitute the entire Pre-Launch Offer Voucher or any of its components with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.

Allocation

All eligible participants who register during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive the Pre-Launch Offer Voucher, provided stock remains available at the time of registration.

To unveil the full Pre-Launch Offer Voucher (all four parts of the pre-launch offer), participants shall complete the quiz each week during the Promotion Period. Each week’s participation unlocks one part of the Pre-Launch Offer Voucher. At the end of the Promotion Period, participants who have completed the registration will hold a complete voucher code reflecting the full pre-launch offer value of £600.

Notification

Eligible participants will receive confirmation of their Pre-Launch Offer Voucher via email once the Promotion has ended and the promotional products become available for sale on motorola.com. In the event a participant has registered but does not appear in our database due to a technical or processing error, they may be asked to provide proof of registration in order to receive their voucher.

General Terms

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or ineligible registrations, or for any technical errors or failures that may affect participation.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents, and employees (“Promotion Parties”) from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion or acceptance/use of any Pre-Launch Offer Voucher.

This Promotion is subject to Lenovo’s Community Guidelines located at https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/legal/ and Lenovo’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.lenovo.com/privacy/. Personal data will be collected and processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
