1. The Moto Care Extended Service Plan (ESP) does not cover lost or stolen devices, damage caused by reckless or abusive treatment, and normal wear and tear when the device still works. An ESP can be activated while the device is still under warranty.

  

2. The Moto Care Accidental Damage Protection Plan (ADP) does not cover lost or stolen devices, damage caused by reckless or abusive treatment, and normal wear and tear when the device still works. ADP does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized repairs. 2 claims in a 1-month period are allowed. ADP can be activated up to 30 days past purchase date.
