Aymar de Lencquesaing
EVP, Lenovo Group Co-President, Mobile Business Group Chairman & President, Motorola
As co-president of Lenovo’s Mobile Business Group and chairman and president of Motorola Mobility, Aymar leads Lenovo’s mobile business in North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), including R&D, product, and supply chain. Previously, Aymar was Lenovo’s president of North America responsible for the region’s sales, operations, growth, and profitability. He joined Lenovo in 2013 to lead the company’s drive in the mobile space in EMEA. He was promoted to president EMEA and senior VP Lenovo Group in January 2014 and at the same time joined the Lenovo Executive Committee. During his 30-year career, Aymar has held global leadership roles with companies in the US and Europe. He served as corporate VP and member of the Executive Committee of Capgemini, senior VP and president of SHBG at Acer, and CEO of Packard-Bell. While living in California, he held leadership positions with Softbank, Ziff-Davis, and Tandon. Aymar graduated from the ESSEC business school in France.

Shakil Barkat
Corporate Vice President of Global Product Development
Motorola Mobility and Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG)
Shakil leads Development of Product and Hardware Design, System & Product Architecture, Component Technologies, and Global Product Integration & Test. As a 20-year veteran of Motorola, Shakil has led product design teams responsible for delivering the Moto X, Nexus 6, and the iconic Moto 360 smartwatch fashion and sport variants. In 2011, he created a completely new product segment in consumer electronics with the MOTOACTV Fitness and Health Product - including development of the web portal, smartphone app and associated accessories. Prior to this, Shakil ran Motorola’s Platform Planning and System Architecture team, responsible for the Planning, Architecture and System Design of all GMS, UMTS and 4G Mobile Device Platforms - driving many aspects of the business including chipset strategy, supplier selection, connectivity, imaging and display technologies. Shakil holds 7 patents issued and has 4 pending, and he received his BSEE degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his MSEE degree from National Technological University. Shakil is based in Chicago.

Virginie de Beco
MBG Chief of Staff
Virginie is Chief of Staff for MBG’s president and senior leadership team. She brings strong leadership skills and more than 15 years of experience in marketing strategy and branding to her role. Previously. Virginie was Lenovo’s Marketing & Communications Director for Middle East & Africa, and recently served as Lenovo MBG’s Director of Global Partnerships, Alliances & Strategic Initiatives. Prior to joining Lenovo, she was the Regional Marketing Director for Del Monte, responsible for the overall marketing strategy and operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa across all product categories. Virginie has an Executive Master degree in Marketing & Advertising from Solvay Business School, Brussels, and a Master Degree of Information & Communication Sciences from ULB, Brussels University. She is based in Dubai, AE.

Sergio Buniac
Senior Vice President, MBG LATAM Phone Sales
Sergio is a Motorola Mobility veteran, having spent the last 18 years in various roles within the company. Currently, he is the senior vice president and general manager of Latin America Phone Sales and president of Motorola Brazil, and is responsible for the business strategy and direction for all operations in the region. Prior to this role, Sergio led the Mobile Devices business for Latin America, and spent two years in Mexico City as the regional sales director for Americas Movil. Before that, he spent three years in the U.S. leading the Strategic Planning and Companion Products businesses for the Americas region. Under his leadership, the company has seen significant growth in Brazil, Chile and Argentina. Sergio previously held leadership positions at IBM and Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a postgraduate degree from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and bachelor's in Engineering from the University of São Paulo’s Escola Politécnica.

Dan Dery
Vice President, Global Product Leader
Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG)
Dan joined Lenovo in July 2016 to lead all product functions for the Mobile Business Group, including both Lenovo and Motorola Global Product Development teams, Software Engineering, Consumer Experience Design, Portfolio Planning, Product Management and Program Management. Before coming to Lenovo, Dan was the CMO and VP of Global Marketing, Design, and Products at TCL Communication. His extensive background in driving product success is complimented by his past experience working with Motorola when he was the VP of Mass Market Portfolio based in China from 2010-2012. Dan's experience also includes strategic roles at Philips Mobile Phones, Altran Technology and France Telecom. He holds an engineering degree from the Institute Superieure d'Electricite de Paris and a master's in advanced computer science from the Ecole Superieure d'Electricite. Dan is currently based in Hong Kong.

Oliver Ebel
Vice President and General Manager, EMEA Lenovo Mobile Business Group
Oliver is responsible for the sales of Lenovo and Moto smartphones and wearable technology across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). His focus includes driving the business strategy for sales and marketing activities, as well as leading business relationships for smartphones in the region. Oliver has also played a critical role in establishing and launching the product franchise strategy for Lenovo VIBE and Moto smartphones across EMEA. Previously, Oliver was the vice president and general manager of Lenovo Middle East and Africa. Additionally, he was responsible for strategy development for the PC, tablet and servers business. His achievements have not gone unnoticed, as he was named among the region’s Top 100 Executives in 2014 by Forbes Middle East. Oliver has nearly 20 years of ICT industry experience, where he has held several managerial positions, including general manager of Lenovo Central and Eastern Europe, and director of relationship sales in Germany and Austria. He graduated from the University of Applied Science in Iserlohn, Germany, with a diploma in Industrial Engineering.

Grant Hoffman
Vice President, Business Operations, Lenovo MBG and Motorola Mobility
Grant joined the Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG) in 2014 through the Motorola Mobility acquisition. He oversees demand and supply, inventory, and life cycle management, and is the central point of contact for all supply chain-related activities for MBG. Grant has worked in supply chain for 20 years, including ramping the first Motorola Android smartphone and launching multiple global manufacturing facilities. He is also a patent holder in Supplier Sales & Operations Planning. Prior to joining Lenovo in 2014, Grant held a variety of leadership positions at Del Monte Foods, Continental AG, and Motorola. Grant holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He is based in Chicago.

Jan Huckfeldt
Vice President, Global Marketing & Communications Lenovo MBG and Motorola Mobility
Jan joined the Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG) team in May 2016 and oversees global marketing and communications, including brand identity and advertising, digital and social media, corporate and consumer PR, measurement, and analytics for MBG and Motorola Mobility. Prior to his current role, Jan was vice president of marketing for Lenovo Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where he was responsible for developing and driving all marketing and communication activities across Lenovo products and segments in the EMEA region. Before joining Lenovo in 2012, Jan held marketing leadership roles at Hewlett Packard and Procter & Gamble. He earned his PhD in Polymer Chemistry from University College Dublin, and is fluent in German, English, French and Italian.

Rudi Kalil
Vice President & General Manager, North America
Lenovo Mobile Business Group and Motorola
Rudi leads the company’s relationships with wireless operators and retailers in North America. He brings 15 years of experience working in sales, marketing operations, and technology positions across high-tech, consumer goods and telecom industries, including Google, America Movil (AMX), Kirin, Nokia, IBM, and EMC Corporation. Prior to joining Motorola, Rudi served as Chief Operations Officer for Claro Brazil, a mobile network operator with over 60 million wireless subscribers. He earned a degree in Electronic Engineering from FAAP in Brazil and has an MBA from FDC/Kellogg, having complemented his education at the London Business School. Rudi is based in Chicago.

Jerry Hsiao
Vice President, Product Management
Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG) and Motorola Mobility
Jerry joined the Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG) team in April 2015 and now oversees Global Product Management, including smart devices and companion devices for MBG and Motorola Mobility. Before joining Lenovo, Jerry was the VP of HTC’s Product Division where he was responsible for product planning, accessory management, and business development for HTC’s smartphones and mobile devices. Jerry has over 11 years of product management experience in smartphone production and was the product manager of the very first Android phone with Google. Under his leadership, HTC’s smartphone business grew from a single product line into a portfolio covering multiple platforms and different consumer segments. Jerry holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. He is based in Beijing.

Francois LaFlamme
Strategy and Sales Operations Leader, Chief Transformation Officer
Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG)
Francois is Lenovo's Chief Transformation Officer for the Mobile Business Group and also leads Strategy and Sales Operations for Mobile. In this role, Francois is responsible for developing and maintaining Lenovo’s Mobile strategy, and leading Sales Operations globally. He also oversees our overall Mobile transformation, focused on reshaping the business globally and end to end across all business units and teams to achieve our strategic imperatives. Francois joined Lenovo in 2012 as Vice President of Corporate Strategy, where he focused on Lenovo's global growth strategy and strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of Motorola Mobility & IBM’s System X division. Prior to joining Lenovo, Francois held various strategic positions at Intel, Dell and McKinsey & Co. He holds an MBA from Duke University and Honors Commerce degree from Queen’s University (Canada). Francois is based in Morrisville, NC.

Wesley Lee
Executive Director, Innovation & Experiences, Lenovo MBG and Motorola Mobility
Wesley oversees an organization focused on Innovation, Moto Experiences, Moto Mods and Global partnerships for the Motorola brand. Prior to joining Lenovo’s Mobile Business Group in 2016, Wesley led the Global Product Experience and Innovation team at TCL, and oversaw the entire smartphone product line’s experience, design and innovation creation. His background also includes various global product and experience planning leadership roles while working at HTC. Wesley earned his bachelor’s in computer science from National Taiwan University and a master’s in finance from National Chengchi University. He is based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Alice Li
Vice President, Human Resources Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG)
Alice leads the HR partner team to support the Mobile Business Group. In recent years, she led HR activities related to Lenovo’s acquisition of Motorola, including organizational changes and integration. Prior to MBG, Alice held HR leadership roles with Lenovo’s PC Product Group, Corporate Research & Technology, Finance, IT/BT, and Service. Her experience at Lenovo also includes Investor Relations and Marketing. Alice was actively involved in Lenovo’s IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the acquisition of IBM’s PC business, and Lenovo’s Olympic global sponsorship from 2004 to 2008. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg Business School of Northwestern University and received her bachelor’s degree from Beijing University. Alice is based in Beijing.

Cheol Woo (CW) Park
Vice President, Consumer Experience Design, Lenovo MBG and Motorola Mobility
CW leads the global creative team responsible for Design Identity, Industrial Design, User Interface and Experience, and Packaging Design for the Lenovo Moto brand. Prior to joining Lenovo’s Mobile Business Group (MBG) in December 2016, CW was a Chief Designer and General Manager of the Global Design Center at Alcatel Mobile / TCL Communications Technology, where he spent nearly five years leading global design of the company’s mobile devices and accessories. CW has more than 20 years of international experience, including 15 years in the mobile telecommunications industry in South Korea, the US and China. He was a principal industrial designer for Motorola Mobility in Beijing from 2010 to 2012. Before that, CW worked for seven years with Motorola in Chicago. He has a proven history of design innovation with over 30 US patents. CW holds a master’s of Design from the Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago). He is based in Hong Kong.

Sanjay Vanjani
Chief Financial Officer
Sanjay oversees global financial activities for Motorola Mobility. Over his 18-year career with Motorola, Sanjay has held various executive and management roles in Finance and Operations in Mobility and Infrastructure businesses, gaining extensive experience across international markets including Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Central/Eastern Europe. Prior to becoming CFO, Sanjay led Motorola’s Global Go-to-Market Finance and Sales Operations team, driving quarter-over-quarter growth and performance by implementing leading practices and governance processes across the organization. Sanjay previously held leadership positions in China, India, Singapore, and Indonesia before moving to the US. Sanjay is a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University.

Courtney VanLonkuyzen
Global MBG General Counsel
Courtney leads legal matters across Lenovo’s Mobile Business Group in North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and EMEA. Previously, she led commercial legal teams focused on relationships with Lenovo’s key suppliers and channel partners. Courtney was also instrumental in re-launching Motorola’s philanthropic Foundation, including overseeing the company’s charitable work, engaging employees as volunteers, and fostering relationships with strategic nonprofits. Prior to joining the company, Courtney clerked for the Honorable David W. McKeague on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, litigated global disputes at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and led a large health care facility. She also recently served on the board of directors for a successful software company. Courtney received her B.A. from Hope College, and her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, where she served on the executive board of the NU Law Review. Courtney is based in Chicago.

Dillon Ye
Vice President, Asia Pacific Sales Lead
Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG)
Dillon is responsible for Lenovo’s mobile phone business in Asia Pacific. He joined Lenovo in 2000 and undertook multiple leadership roles from product marketing to portfolio management to sales lead in Lenovo’s PC Business, while covering China as well as the Emerging Market Group. He moved to the Mobile Business Group in 2012 to help build the Lenovo brand smartphone business in overseas markets. Dillon graduated from China Europe International Business School and received a BS of Economics from the University of International Business and Economics, China. Dillon is based in Singapore.

David Yen
Vice President, Global Software Engineering Leader
Motorola Mobility and Lenovo Mobile Business Group (MBG)
Dave leads all Software Engineering for the Mobile Business Group, including all Software Platforms, Android OS Integration, Moto Experiences and Customizations, Software Integration and Validation, and Cloud Services and Analytics. He has more than 30 years of experience working at Motorola and has developed software for products used in the mobile industry ranging from cellular network equipment to mobile handsets and smartphones. His legacy includes leading software development for iconic devices such as the StarTAC and RAZR, and has been an integral leader in our smartphone development teams for the last 7 years including the Moto Z and Moto Mods products. Dave holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a master's degree in Management from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Dave is based in Chicago.
